Notice is hereby provided of the Government's intention to competitively procure the services of a qualified contractor to develop an Interactive Education Training Manual (IETM). The IETM will consist of modules one through seven of the Aviation Structural Mechanic (H & S) Training Manual in five phases, which will be complemented by video, audio, graphics enhanced with color, animations, and interactive testing.
