The construction time for Phase 1 is 90 calendar days. The Contractor will demobilize and leave the site for approximately 90 calendar days while families are being relocated. PHASE 2 will consist of demolition of the existing home sites; transplanting 6 palm trees; placing approximately 6,500 cubic yards of material; installing new sanitary, electrical and water systems by providing stubs outs for future homes; and, constructing two gravel parking areas, a bulkhead with small pier for boat access, and new wood fencing along canal. The construction time for Phase 2 is 120 calendar days. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 to $500,000.
