housing units and 5 garage buildings. The removal shall include all
buildings, roads, utilities and all asbestos and lead-containing
materials in an existing neighborhood. Includes the masterplanning,
design and construction of 56 new units (36 three-bedroom units and 20
two-bedroom units) and construction of all new neighborhood amenities
including masterplanning for an additional 50 units to be built in the
future. The completed neighborhood shall consist of all new utilities,
site improvements, new housing units and playground. Critical Path
Method (Network Analysis System) is required. Bid documents are
available on or about 28 August 1996. Costs are as follows: Plans half
size none. Specifications $60.00. Cost of work is between $5,000,000
and $10,000,000. Requests for Plans and Specifications shall indicate
in writing whether firm will bid as a Prime contractor or a
Subcontractor. Firm's physical address, telephone and facsimile
