Construction projects will be ordered from the contractor by individual delivery orders issued on an as-needed basis. The contract resulting from this solicitation will provide a basic one-year contract period with four one-year prepriced option periods. Two contracts will be awarded, one for full and open competition and one to be set-aside for 8(a) businesses. it is anticipated complex projects will be complete between the two contract for award and non-complex projects will be awarded on a rotating basis. Pricing will be based on the R.S. Means Cost Estimating Software packages which are to be supplied and updated by the contractor. Estimated Range: More than $10,000,000 Performance Period: 365 days The approximate issue/response date will be 21 Nov 96. No telephone requests.
