The work shall include but not be limited to: demolition, concrete saw cutting, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, cold-formed metal framing, cast reproductions, interior waterproof coating, caulking, sealants, H.M. doors/frames, flush wood doors, smoke containment doors, finish hardware, GWB, resilient floor/base, painting, 4 stop elevator, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm system, telephone security system raceway system. The estimated construction cost range is $200,000.00 to $300,000.00. The performance period for the contract will be 252 calendar days.
