The work also includes remodeling and repairing mechanical systems including plumbing, heating, fuel storage, and compressed air systems. Electrical system repair and remodeling includes the fire alarms, lighting, and control systems. The work also includes asbestos removal. The work is located at American Horse School, located near Allen, Bennett County, South Dakota and is on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. All work is subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation document, including the Tribe Employment Rights Office (TERO) Requirements.
