This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This amendment adds size and weight restrictions that were inadvertently omitted from the revised specification provided by amendment 0001 and corrected by amendment 0002. Inverters to be provided in response to this requirement shall be no larger than 7.25'' x 6.5'' x 8.83'' and shall weigh no more than 10 pounds. This amendment extends the date and time set for receipt of offers in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation to 4PM EDT 22 August 1996. All other terms and conditions of the original synopsis/solicitation remain applicable to this requirement. (0225)
