P/NVR-98 00 consists of 2 boards: cpu board (p/n 9801) and controller board (P/N 9811), NSN: 5998-01-390-2148, S100-1A2A20. In order to be considered, firms must furnish detailed product data demonstrating their capability to supply a product that will satisfy the Government's needs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement may submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
