Quality Geo-positioning Satellite (GPS) System, dual frequency
operation, 12 channels, NTE 10 pounds in weight, 12 VDC operating
voltage, 8 hour rechargeable batteries w/fast re-charge capability
(less than 2 hours), required to support: real time, static, rapid
static, on-the-fly (kinematic), and stop and go modes; accuracy
required to less than or equal to 1 cm., anti-spoofing must assure
accuracy under P-code and non-P-code conditions, data capacity using 6
satellites is required to be a minimum of 20 hours (sampling at 15
second intervals), software provided must run data using Windows 95
operating system, both printed and serial output formats should be
supported, system must be usable in 99% humidity conditions
(non-condensing), must meet industry accepted specifications for
waterproofing, must be capable of operating in a temperature range of
-4 degrees F to +140 degrees F, desirable, but not required to have the
system usable with both US and GLONASS satellites. All responsible
