Cooper, (304)285-4160 The US Department of Energy's Morgantown Energy Technology Center intends to award a fixed price contract for a TEAC RD-13ST Data Recorder System. The systems minimum requirements are as follows: minimum of 8 input channels, mimimum of 8 output channels, additional memo (voice) channel, memo record, maximum drift (after 15 minute warmup) +- 0.1%, digital channel recording capable of recording 14-bit CMOS digital word along with additional specific specifications that will be included in the solicitation. Funds are not currently available for award under this notice. Firms which believe that they can provide equivalent product will be considered but only by responding with clear and convincing documentation in writing demonstrating their ability to meet the entire requirement.
