The label shall be water-insoluble and coated in a smooth layer on the unprinted side of the label. The adhesive shall be a type that will adhere to metal, plastic, wood, glass, and fiberboard surfaces under high and low temperatures. Labels shall be printed without feathering or spreading ink. Labels shall be not less than the size specified (5'' x 5''). Number and letters printed on label shall be 2-1/2'' high in black (BOLD) lettering and red background only. Labels shall be packaged 100 each. Request for oral quotations shall be used as the award procedure. Anticipated award date is August 22, 1996.
