89 -- FROZEN COFFEE CONCENTRATE SOL RFP 645-02-97 DUE 091996 POC Marian Ropelewski (412)365-5455 The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for a contract to furnish decaffeinated frozen coffee concentrate, regular or decaffeinated as specified, at the Pennsylvania Medical Center locations of Altoona, Butler, Erie and Pittsburgh for a period of one year commencing October 1, 1996 and continuing through September 30, 1997. Vendor is to provide, install, and maintain at no charge two dispensers at each location for use with the coffee. Coffee samples will be required and judged for acceptability by a taste-test panel at each location. Anticipated award is within 35 days, subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 1997 funds. Offerors must respond to a written RFP available o/a August 20, 1996 which may be obtained by sending a request in writing specifying RFP 645-02-97 to the above address or by faxing a request to (412)365-5442.
