The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate on a selected source basis with Caliber Associates, 10530 Rosehaven Street, Fairfax, VA 22030 to provide assistance in the development, design and production of an annual school system accountability report which will summarize school characteristics, systemwide and school test, demographic, survey, and other data. The DoDEA SY95-96 Accountability Report and DoDEA SY95-96 System Profiles will provide detailed information to inform DoDEA constituencies of system wide progress towards the stated goals of the DoDEA Community Strategic Plan in terms of established indicators of educational program quality, student performance, school resources, and summaries of program improvement efforts at each DoDEA area, district and individual school level.
