Vendor is required to provide upgraded versions of the Modernized Intelligence Data Base (MIDB) and its attendant application software. Interested Sources must have had previous experience(s) with very large data base design, exploitation, legacy application software migration, data consistency mechanism, database visualization (geographic, alogrithmic and tabular), commercial middleware, code generation products, and electronic intelligence correlation algorithms.
