Concerns having the ability to provide a Residential Community Corrections Center facility and services for male Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons's Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Laredo, Texas area. Operational hotels/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of mandays are 21,950 for the base period, 10,950 for the first, second and third option years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is September 17, 1996, estimated closing date is November 18, 1996. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew.
