The contractor will celebrate Mass and provide religious instruction and confession to the Spanish inmates of the Roman Catholic Faith. The contractor must be a fully ordained Roman Catholic Priest and must speak Spanish fluently. The contractor will provide the service up to 24 sessions per year. The offeror shall pass an NCIC and attend an orientation program prior to being allowed into the Institution.
