Maintenance shall consist of preventive and emergencymaintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work. Quantity is one year plus two one-yearoptions. Period of performance shall begin 21 November 1996; inspection and acceptance shallbe at destination. Delivery shall be FOB destination at NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane. Thisrequirement is being procured on a sole-source basis from Cameca Instruments, Inc., 204 SpringHill Road, Trumbull, CT 06611-1356 due to lack of access to the company's proprietaryinformation for maintenance/repair of this equipment.
