This is a 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside acquisition under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and Public Law 94-437 Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended, Section 503, Title V, Health Services for Urban Indian. The Contractor must be an eligible urban Indian organization as defined by PL-94-437, The Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended. Scope of work is to provide health service delivery for the urban Indian population residing in the urban center situated in Spokane, Washington. The Indian Health Service is soliciting for proposals on two approaches to service delivery: Option A-Outreach and Referral Services with limited Primary Outpatient Services or Option B- Comprehensive Primary Outpatient Services with Referral. Contract period of performance is January 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997 with four one-year options for renewal. Solicitation package will be available on or about September 4, 1996.
