The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for Physician services for federal prisoners. Services include weekend on-call status, phone consultation, emergency in house evaluations and written reports. The contractor must have an Medical Degree in a AMA approved Medical School, completion of appropriate internships and residencies and hold a current license in at least one state preferably Illinois. Current malpractice insurance is required. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 12 each weekend on calls and 12 two hour emergency in house evaluation sessions per year.
