The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for Dental Hygienist services for federal prisoners. Services include treatment recommendations, follow-up appointments recommendations and documentation. The contractor must have Dental Hygienist Degree, successfully completed a ADA recognized dental hygiene training program and hold a current dental hygienist licensure in at least one state of the United States. Current malpractice insurance is required. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 208 four-hour sessions per year. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
