The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting Physicians Assistant services for federal prisoners. Services include intake and interim physical examinations, recommendations, documentation for supplemental testing and referrals. The contractor must have Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree from an AMA approved program, have completed the Physician Assistant certification examination and hold a current state license or registration in the sate of Illinois. Current malpractice insurance will be required. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award.
