The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for ophthalmology services for federal prisoners. Services include ophthalmologic evaluations, referrals and treatment recommendations and may include minor surgical procedures. The contractor must be board certified and licensed to practice medicine in Illinois. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is twenty-four, four-hour sessions per year.
