The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for Dental Assistant services for federal prisoners. Services consist of dental hygiene. The contractor must be licensed or certified as a Dental Assistant in the state of Illinois. Completion of a Dental Assistant degree and completion of an ADA recognized dental assistant training program, is required. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary, located at Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 780 two-hour sessions per year. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
