The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for Oral Surgery Consultant services for federal prisoners. Services include oral surgery evaluations, treatment recommendations, written reports and care. The contractor must have a Dental Degree and successfully completed residency in Oral surgery, and hold a current license to practice Oral surgery in at least one state of the United States. Current malpractice insurance is required. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of twenty-four two hour sessions per year.
