The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for Orthopedic Surgeon services for federal prisoners. Services include evaluations, treatment recommendations and official consultation documentation. The contractor must have board certification in their chosen field of expertise, and be licensed to practice medicine in their respective state (preferably Illinois, Kentucky or Missouri). Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 14 four hour sessions per year. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
