The United States Penitentiary, Marion, Illinois, is soliciting for psychiatric services for federal prisoners. Services consist of psychiatric evaluations, referrals and treatment recommendations. The contractor must be licensed in the state of Illinois and board certified. Board certification is preferred. Services will be provided at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 36 four-hour sessions per year. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
