Includes all supplies and services for furnishing oxygen and refills; preventive maintenance of respiratory equipment i.e. oxygen concentrators, CPAP machines, and volume ventilators; providing a monthly visit of a Respiratory Therapist; maintaining a patient care plan;; and all associated supplies and services for the Home Oxygen Program.
