Written requests to participate in this procurement must be received by 2:00 pm (GMT) August 30, 1996. Respondents will be issued questionnaires that must be completed and returned for receipt no later than September 20, 1996. The completed questionnaires will be used to identify a list of service providers invited to tender proposals for the contract.
