Biologist will be required to participate in all phases of the research project including capture and handling of sea lions, aerial and vessel surveys, field and laboratory diet analysis, and data input and analysis. This is a 100% small business set-aside, see note 1. Term of the contract will be for period 9/96 - 5/97. It is anticipated that award will be made to source in Seattle commuting area or to a source willing to transfer to Seattle area during the term of this contract. This is a small purchase action.
