445-4942, Contracting Officer. The Officer in Charge requires all
labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and
management necessary to clean the following: The entire paint spray
area, (all surfaces) of LF34 including exhaust fans and 60 ft high
exhaust stacks and paint spray hangar and air make up room, (all
surfaces). Includes clean up, packaging, marking and transportation to
temporary storage of and resultant hazardous and/or non-hazardous
material; including 8 banks of approximately 750 sq ft of filter media
and chicken wire used to back filter media. Government to provide
drums. Strip entire area of LF-53 (all surfaces) grates, ducts, fans,
air handlers and trenches. Work to be accomplished by means of a firm
fixed price type contract. The contract term is for a period of one (1)
year. The government shall have the option to extend the term of the
contract services for an additional six months. The total contract
term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 18 months.
The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7699. This
procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Plans and
specifications will be ready on or about 15 September 1996. Estimated
