The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to award a contract to Aspen Law and Business for delivery of publication entitled ''The Topical Law Reporter on Fair Housing - Fair Lending Laws''. This service makes use of copyrighted material which is the property of Aspen Law & Business. This contract action is for services in which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within forty-five (45) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice may represent the only official notice of such requirement. Responses should be addressed to the addressee on line 7.
