Defense Logistics Agency/Defense National Stockpile Center is acquiring labor/material handling services for the relocation of 1904.49 short tons of TITANIUM sponge in 7,777,55 gallon drums from storage in warehouses located at the Ravenna Army Ammunition Plant (RAAP), Ravenna Ohio to Warren Depot, Warren, Ohio. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for the acquisition is 4789, with a size standard $3.5; this is a 100% small business set-aside. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary supervision, labor and material handling equipment to include, but not limited to: forklifts, drum attachments, dumping attachments, loading ramps, hand tools, certified scale, non-sparking funnel, banding equipment, and any other equipment/supplies necessary to accomplish the task.
