Bzdusek (513/366-2003) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price construction contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and services for the refurbishment of the exterior of the Main Building, at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Laboratory, Ada, Oklahoma. The work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing this project. The work shall be performed by persons trained, knowledgeable, licensed and qualified in the refurbishment of building exteriors. The project is estimated in the $100,000 to $250,000 range. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. All interested and responsible firms should submit a request in writing referencing the solicitation number (C600808T1). The SIC Code for this solicitation is 1799. The completion time for the construction work is 90 days. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required under this contract.
