Y -- CONSTRUCTION OF A 28' X 24' ADDITION SOL NE-96-05 DUE 092996 POC Patricia Pierce, Contracting Officer, 610-975-4248 USDA FOREST SERVICE, Penobscot Experimental Forest, located at RR1, Bradley, ME 04411 intends to contract out the construction of a 28' X 24' addition to an existing frame building. The work includes, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing; site grading and finish grading; excavation and backfill for footings; new poured concrete footings and foundation walls (crawl space); construction of 28' X 24' wood frame addition including; 2 X 6 exterior stud walls, prefabricated roof trusses, asphalt shingles, windows, doors, drywall interiors, vinyl exterior siding, interior woodwork, and interior painting; and addition to existing electrical & heating systems.
