The work on the contract resulting from the solicitation consist of the removal and replacement of above ground and under ground oil storage tanks. The contractor shall remove six aboveground and two underground tanks. The contractor shall then replace them with seven government furnished aboveground tanks. The work will occur at Fort Tilden in Queens, New York and at Floyd Bennet Field in Brooklyn, New York. These site are part of Gateway National Recreation Area. The estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. (221)
