The project will consist of providing a new 6,000 psig, stainless steel helium piping system, demolishing the existing system, repair existing security fencing; provide new security fencing, gates, concrete paving, underground electric service and site lighting. Provide new interior lighting and powered ventilation for the existing compressor; demolish existing office and toilet room and construct new office and toilet room. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1541. The magnitude of this project is $500,000 - $1,000,000. This solicitation is unrestricted.
