Western intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Microflect Co., Inc. for the following: to furnish and install a 20 foot section to an existing microwave tower, previously purchased & installed by Microflect Co., Inc. Using proprietary design data, Microflect has done a stress analysis on raising the existing tower 20 feet & adding additional antennas. Vendors able to meet this requirement are invited to identify their interest and ability by submitting a proposal to include technical data, pricing, and any other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement within 15 days of this publication. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available, negotiations will take place with Microflect Co., Inc.
