The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision for the installation of a new fenced-in, paved parking area for tactical vehicles, with a twin bay wash pad, and all incidental related work. Additive bid items include; remove the existing aggregate and earth paving, and construct a new aggregate pavement around the vehicle maintenance building, remove existing 18 inch culvert and regrade adjacent to the vehicle maintenance building, restore non-pavement areas of regraded swales with top soil seed, and geotechnical fabric. An evaluation preference will be given in accordance with DFARS clause 252.219-7008 (APR 1996), notice of evaluation preference for small disadvantaged business concerns - construction acquisition-test program.
