U.S. Embassy Montevideo requires 98 new fan coil units and associated
controls. The F.ob. point is Miami, Florida. The fan coil units shall
have an overall depth and heighth not to 8-1/2 inches (216 mm) and 25
(635 mm) respectively. The overall length may not exceed 6 inches (150
mm) over the existing units. The contractor will be responsible to
obtain local approvals in Uraguay including and permits or waivers. The
contractor will be responsible to ensure that the units are constructed
with materials, finishes, equipment, and systems that provide
operational dependability and are easy to maintain. The Contractor
shall provide operational and maintenance data for the units. The
contractor shall submit estimates for the tranport and local matarials
required for installation in Montevideo. The required delivery date of
the units is 120 days after contract award. The solicitation can be

gabriela.oromi@dos.us-state.gov. If the vendor has a GSA Federal Supply
Schedule for this equipment, it should indicate this in the request.
