A conversion is sought of a 200 keV Transmission Electron Microscope from a standard photographic acquisition capability to both photographic acquisition as well as digital acquisition capabilities. The digital data acquisition components shall be compatible with and retro fit into a Gatan 766 digiPEEL energy loss detector system which attaches to the TEM. The requested equipment is 1 each of: A high resloution Multi Scan CCD camera for operation at 200keV, DMA acquisition module that is compatible with a Macintosh PCIBUS, Upgraded version of the Digital Micrograph software, Retractable TEM TV camera and its control unit, a high resolution TV monitor, and installation and on-site training. The addition of this hardware into the Gatan 766 digiPEELS unit cannot affect the operational specifications, the warrantability and/or the servicability of the Gatan 766 digiPEELS unit by Gatan Inc. Presently, there is only one known source which meets the hardware and serviceability requirement. The offerer must provide literature and proof of capability as well as certification from Gatan Inc. of warrantability and servicability. Further state your business size and number of employees.
