This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Request for Proposal(RFP)is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall provide to the VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 12th Street, Miami, Florida, 33125 reagents for drug testing procedures for a basic period commencing October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with three(3)one-year pre-priced option to extend years. Reagent and control lot numbers must be consistent throughout the fiscal year. The following reagents MUST be compatible with the Syva 30R Biochemical System.
