The Federal Computer Acquisition Center (FEDCAC) plans to acquire Telecommunications Integrator Services (TELIS) to provide a wide variety of functions. TELIS will be a performance based contract available to more than 50 sites nationwide. The estimated contract value potential is $600M which includes 20% open to other government agencies. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is expected to be released on or about August 30, 1996. Sources responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are large, small, disadvantaged or woman-owned business. The Government will not distribute printed copies of the RFP. It is available to industry through the Hanscom Electronic RFP Bulletin Board (HERBB). HERBB can be accessed through a computer modem, 24 hours per day, by calling 617/377/1487.
