This procurement will provide for on-call depot level engineering maintenance and repair services for the AN/FSC-78A, AN/FSC-78B, AN/FSC-79, AN/FSC-79A, AN/FSC-86, AN/GSC-39A, AN/GSC-39B, AN/GSC-49, AN/GSC-52, AN/TSC-85A, AN/TSC-85B, AN/TSC-93A, AN/TSC-93B Terminals. AS-3199/TSC, LHGXA, OE-170/G, OE-215/FSC-79, OE-222/G, OE-361/G, OE-371/G and QRA Antennas, OG-163/G RF Amplifiers. MD-920 ICF, MD-921 PSK, MD-1002 QPSK and OM-73/G Modems. MD-1131/G, MD-1132/G and MD-1133/G Anti-Jam Modems, OX-63 and OX-64 Coders, NT and NCT Test Stations, AN/FLM-49 Transponder, TS-3461/G Error Rate Counter, TS-3462/G Digital Test Set and MX-9922/G Alpha Flunk/Bit Error Monitor, all of which are part of the Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS). The service will include problem analysis, repair, test and redeployment of the aforementioned equipment at CONUS and OCONUS locations. The effort will commence on or about April 1997 with three 12 month option years following Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, Authority 10 USC 2304(c)(i), FAR 6.302-1(2)(ii) for only one responsible source applies.
