Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0013 with Grumman St. Augustine Corporation, St. Augustine, Florida, for four F-14 Aircraft to have: Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) with associated modification and repair of components and systems; installation of the F-14 Upgrade Modification; and Time Compliance Requirements (TCR). This effort shall include engineering, labor, materials, and related technical data to assist with critical structural, mechanical, and electrical efforts. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Aircraft, Grumman is the only known commercial source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort.
