The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis which will be processed in accordance with FAR part 12, as a commercial items acquisition for animal constable services in support of NETC Rhode Island. The successful contractor will patrol approximately 1,917 housing units forty hours a week during the hours of 7:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. The successful contractor will also provide on call services everyday including weekends and holidays until 8:00 p.m. All stray animals picked up during the performance of services will be delivered to the Potter animal league. The contractor will have to prepare and forward to the housing office a compliant report on actions taken during the performance of this requirement. The period of performance for this contract will be from 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sept 97 and will have two one year option periods.
