Z -- RENOVATE GREENHOUSE, BLDG. 36 SOL IFB542-23-96 DUE 092896 POC Harry Pearson, Contracting Officer (610) 383-0202 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete the renovation of part of the Greenhouse. This will include removal of glass, associated wood framing, steel framing members and accessories, concrete planting bed, interior concrete flooring and the existing concrete and brick North wall from sill to bottom of existing footing, excavation of both sides of North wall (excavated earth may be stored near site for re-use as backfill), installation of temporary bracing to support steel structure during demolition and replacement of North wall, cast-in-place concrete replacement wall, galvanized steel sleeves around piping and conduit, a new concrete floor and new aluminum exterior framing on roof slopes, gable/end walls and both sides of wall and replacement of glazing poly carbonate panels. The cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. All requests for solicitation packages must be in writing and addressed to the above referenced POC. The solicitation packages will be available for issue on or about 8/28/96, and this solicitation is offered under full and open competition. The following SIC Codes apply to this proposed acquisition; 1721, 1741, 1761, 1771, 1793 and 1794, and the applicable small business size standard is $7 million average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. A limited number of solicitations will be available to prime contractors on a first come first serve basis. Only one (1) solicitation package will be sent to each firm requesting. (0226)
