Contaractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete project in accordance with the contract specifications and plans. Work includes but is not limited to: Exterior and/or interior painting of all previously painted, new and other designated surfaces, and all work incidental thereto. Painting also includes previously painted mechanical or electrical equipment, ramps, docks, and other attached unnumbered structures. Abatement of previous lead based paint. Replacement of damaged, rotted, or deteriorated surfaces. Repair of cracks and holes in surfaces. Prepare surfaces to be painted. Magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Solicitations will be made available on or about 03 Sep 96 with a BOD of 02 OCT 96. Project is to be completed within 365 calendar days with 1 one option year. Packages will be sent upon written request. Request shall include mailing address, phone number and fax number, as well as size of business. There is no cost for these plans and specifications.
