The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material, except those specifically called out to be provided by USPS, to make site improvements at the Main Post Office, Poulsbo, Washington, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The work includes removal and replacement of existing ashphalt topping and base, and new snorkel lane and sidewalks, and relocate snorkel mailboxes. Estimated construction cost range is $180,000 to $205,000. There is no charge for once copy of the solicitation.
