Work to be performed includes removing and replacing gate valves, check valves, pumps, piping, fittings and bar screen, replacing and rewiring sump pump and rewiring thermostat, receptacles and lighting, providing and installing an exterior light, replacing float control system, removing abandoned conduit, installing chain link fence, replacing roofing, gutter and downspout, and painting interior and exterior of builidng including piping, walls, doors and windows. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This project is subject to availability of funds. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit a bid.
