The work includes the providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to design, install and connect a complete new traffic signal at the intersection of Yorktown Avenue and Child Street. The new traffic signal system shall be compatible with the existing ''traffic control technologies'', closed loop system. The contractor shall provide and install new concrete poles of the appropriate height and strength to support the weight of the new traffic signal assemblies and the related cabling. Provide necessary excavating, sawcutting, trenching, backfilling, compaction and paving; and incidental related work.--Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 08/27/96, open bids 09/27/96, complete contract 01/27/97.--Estimated costr is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
